Hatha Yoga is probably what comes to mind when you think of Yoga practice. Images in your mind’s eye of devotees sat in Lotus posture whilst chanting ‘Om’.
Hatha Yoga is a slow paced practice in which we focus on matching the breath to the posture. By concentrating on breath and posture we become more aware of ourselves in the moment and develop mindfulness. Through this process we learn about our bodies: how they support us and allow us to function in our everyday lives.
Hatha Yoga has been practised for thousands of years as a way of nurturing ourselves and learning to appreciate ourselves for who we are and what we can do.
In doing so, we develop self-awareness as well as building strength, stamina and flexibility in a way that is suited to our own individual bodies and lives.

Thanks for your post on this weblog. From my personal experience, there are times when softening right up a photograph may well provide the digital photographer with an amount of an inventive flare. More often than not however, the soft clouds isn’t precisely what you had at heart and can often times spoil a normally good picture, especially if you anticipate enlarging this.
We’re a bunch of volunteers and starting a new scheme in our community. Your website offered us with useful info to work on. You have done an impressive activity and our whole group can be grateful to you.
