My name is Jules and I am a Liverpool based teacher of Hatha Yoga, accredited with the Independent Yoga Network, Yoga Alliance Professionals and Creative Calm.
I specialize in teaching beginners and believe strongly that Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or ability.
Yoga is more than just learning to perform various postures. Yoga will build your strength, stamina and flexibility but it will also help you to develop mindfulness and reduce anxiety and stress.
